I'M GREEN
Well we are now a married couple!!! yaaaahhh!! Did you all enjoy the wedding? It went so well it seemed as if it was a dream! But it wasn't and for real we are married! I dreamed of our wedding so many times...often forgetting to do our vows! once i think we forgot to do the ring exchange..lol. anyways, glad the real thing went so well! I'm hoping to get some pictures of our wedding. I've seen a few but don't actually have any myself yet! I know on Joel and Alayna's blog there are some!! and I put some on facebook that one of my dad's relatives took for us at the wedding. Hoping to work on cleaning the appartment and sorting out gifts today. I've got the kitchen cleaned up already...and its amost 3. Shouldn't have slept in till noon but it felt sooo good!! lol.

Tidbits
* 8 more days to our wedding!!! Both of us are very excited!!!
* We got an appartment! Lens been there for about 2-3 weeks now. Its in eden prarie about a mile from the ep mall and target, blocks from a grocery store, and home depot, and between both of our jobs which are about a mile or less for both of us. I'll be moving in after the wedding..can't wait;)
* Our apartment is on the third floor, a two bedroom with a belcony, overlooking nice looking backyard..with trees to look at.. its pretty! Sometimes i choose to do the stairs for the exersize;)
* We both are sick. coughing, sneezing, runny and stuffy heads, sore throats.. i went to the clinic in target today and had a strep test done-was negative. worked only 3 1/2 hours today. felt like my head was going to fall off or explode.
* Len started training today to drive school buses for the ep district. He will start next week!
* We got internet service at our apartment, which i'm using right now!
*My job is going pretty good. Some days I feel like quiting on the spot and other times i enjoy it. suppose once i get over the training part i'll enjoy it more to have a teacher position. right now i'm kinda "floating". but there is no talk of anyone leaving..ect.. so i don't know what to expect. Some days i work with a crabby lady, which makes it hard, but other days i work with nice ladies and it goes pretty good!
* Well suppose since we are having lens family see our new apartment next week i should get that spider web down i see outside on the belcony and straighten up the things we got in here..which isnt much. I have some wedding stuff to finish as well.

Questions for married couples...
These are just a few of the questions that we got when we went to talk about our vows with our officient (shes professing)! Both are to answer the questions seperatly then compare answers. I'll try to find ones that may still apply to people who've been married for awhile. i think it would be fun to answer these questions throughtout marriage..thats why i'm posting some..maybe someone else would like to try that! I think len and I will do alright with getting the same answers! We've nearly talked about all of them! I really like these questions below..
*who will "keep the books"?
*what will we save for?
*are we going to keep a budget?
*name something you'd enjoy doing together____
*how important are vacations to you and how often do you prefer vacations?
*how will we make major decisions?
*my role as mother/father
*who will help the children with homework?
*how will we divide chores at home?
*how will we teach our children to pray?
*do you prefer to read/study together, alone, read and discuss?
*how do you feel about taking a job that requires you or your spouse to miss meeting consistaently?
*how do you feel about pets in your home. If you want pets how many and what kinds?
*do you like to ahve a lot of company? how much is a lot?

Well len is already begging me to get off the computer after 15 minutes.. but I just HAD to check my blog. We just met last night with a friend that is going to officiate our wedding. We decided it would be nice to write our own vows. Wanting them to sound right was a challage without someone else to guide and edit. So I checked out about 3 books on vows from the library and they were very useful. One of the books even says to kiss for 5 seconds at the part of the wedding where "you may kiss your bride" :) Our offient said she'd make sure to count outloud for us..jk! She helped us out on the editing of the vows, since we don't plan on sharing them with anyone else till our wedding. It was nice to hear her thoughts on our vows! She gave both of us a 2 page questioneer that she wrote for the brides and grooms to fill out. We are to fill them out seperatly or at least think over the questions, and then compare answers. What makes them really special is that Lyle also put a few questions into it. I'd like to share a few questions with you all, but its in my car, so i'll do it some other night. I think its a very essential thing maybe even to fill out after 5, 10, 20, 30,...years of being married!
I'm very exausted. I've been working from 9:30 to 6:30, but every night it seems like i'm busy with something and out late.. tonight was a 3 hour paid staff meeting...which i didn't even understand 1/2 of it. Glad this week is only a 4 day work week. I know I just started last week, but it already seems like a long time. I've been trainning way too long, and it wears me out just learning all the names, rules, and routines of every room. I'm hoping len will give me a backrub when i get off the computer. g'night.
