Christmas Eve

I came home to 2 dozen beautiful roses!! The picture might look kinda Valentinish but we are romantic all the time;) (couldn't find the candle lighter..) We made a really good supper..mini meatloaves, sweet potatos, peas and pears:) yumm. I think its worth taking a picture of stuff you've cooked because of all the hard work behind it:)

1 pound hamburger, 1 cup water, 1 box stuffing mix, 1 Tbs AI sauce, and 2-3 tsp. Italian seasoning. Put into muffin pan and make a little hole on top of each with the back of a spoon. (it made about 10 mini meatloaves) Using 3/4 cup of spaghetti sauce, fill all the holes. Bake about 30 minutes..till they are done. Take out to sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzerella cheese over the top, and bake for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
